ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How much level area do we need?

The castle requires an area of approx 1 extra metre greater than the size requested. The land can be on a slight slant, and can be either on grass or concrete, (adult castles must go on grass only) please advise this office when booking.

2. Can the castle be in contact with walls and trees?

NO!!

3. How does the castle stay blown up?

The castles are not sealed units and therefore are continually filled with air, via blowers, provided by us in the cost of hire. The blowers are conected using your power supply, using heavy duty safety leads, also provides by us. Power usage is no more than a light bulb.

4. How long does it take to set up?

Approx 15 minutes depending on the site and access.

5. How many children can use the castle at any one time?

That all depends on size requested. Check with office.

6. What happens if it rains?

Please phone to confirm if you still require the castle (remember, we have rain covers). In the event you wish to cancel, please do so as soon as possible, prior to the date, or as the weather is so unpredictable, no later than 8am on the date of booking.

7. How is payment made?

Cash on delivery. No deposit is required, and a cancellation fee is applicable only if you do not notify us by 8am (see 6).
